Overview of tested NPN and PNP transistors.


The next table gives an overview of all tested NPN and PNP transistors for which I tested the noise production.
The transistors are sorted from low to high calculated base resistance Rbb.
The properties which makes the transistor extra interesting, low Rbb or higher hfe are highlighted.
